Here’s a chance to learn about river skills and safety. Run your own trips or prepare to qualify as a legally accredited river guide (a step towards various specialities in adventure guiding, including hiking, climbing, mountain biking etc). Top instructors are from Adventure Standards Africa, and after a test there is a certificate which you need to put towards the professional guiding qualification.

Youth river camps

We also do special youth adventure training for groups. These are for teenagers, matriculants looking for a career direction, and young adults up to 24.

Courses teach rafting & canoeing skills, equipment, safety & rescues. They include camping on river, paddling various types of boats, learning to “read” the river, equipping yourself, leading others, finding the right routes, getting information about river levels, and handling emergency procedures.
